ok, other than Calvin Johnson, are there other receivers that are hands down worth the number nine pick?? Lets rank them..

1- Calvin Johnson- no explanation needed, one word to describe him -Phenom!

2- D. Bowe- big physical reciever, a cross between TO and anquan boldin. Good Speed, Great after the catch, solid over the middle, and an even better blocker.

3- Tedd Ginn Jr- Speed, acceleration, quickness and homerun ability. But is he tough enough and durable??

4- Robert Macheam- next Marvin Harrison??

5- Jarret- Slow fourty, but mark my words will probably end up being second best reciever to come up out in this draft behind johnson. Simply a playmaker.. and after the season was widely held as a lock top ten pick.

6- Sidney Rice- potential.

7- Jason Hill- speed

8- Johny Lee Higgins- plays almost as fast as Ginn

9- Audrey Allison- havent seen him play, but read great reports out of him

10- Anthony Gonzalez

So what would be your top 10 wr's and other than Johnson are any of these wr's worth the number 9 pick??

imo- i still like brady quin, levi brown, and landry over all the wr's with the exception of CJ

1. Calvin Johnson
2. Ted Ginn Jr.
3. Dwayne Bowe
4. Robert Meachem
5. Dwayne Jarrett
6. Sidney Rice
7. Craig Davis
8. Steve Smith
9. Anthony Gonzalez
10. Aundrae Allison

Besides CJ, theres only one other WR I'd take at 9. Ted Ginn has game changing potential and explosiveness that Miami desperately lacks. Sidney Rice is one that I think we could get in the 2nd round who could end up growing into something great. Jarrett, on the other hand, I think would be a poor fit for us since we have a few other guys like him already.

None of these guys outside of Johnson is worth a top ten pick IMO. I would love to see us trade down into the mid-late first and grab either a guy like Jarrett, Meachem or an o-lineman like Joe Staley or Ryan Kalil.

In the second round, hopefully Sidney Rice slides to us. I think that guys like Davis, Smith and Gonzalez should get a look from us as well. Some guys to watch out for in the third round and on: Allison, Johnnie Lee Higgins, Chris Davis and Ryne Robinson.

Wow, switch Ginn and Jarrett and our top tens are almost exactly the same.

My Lucky 13

1. Calvin Johnson
2. Ted Ginn Jr.
3. Robert Meachem
4. Dwayne Bowe
5. Dwayne Jarrett
6. Sidney Rice
7. Craig Davis
8. Steve Smith
9. Aundre Allison
10. Jason Hill
11. Johnnie Lee Higgins
12. Chansi Stuckey
13. Anthony Gonzalez

Only guys worthy of hte 9 would be Calvin Johnson. I like Ginn, and wouldn't be upset if we drafted him at 9 . . . but knowing that he hasn't run since the injury . . . I know we can trade down and get him . . . but I love the speed to spread a defense out and the potential . . . and the ability on the returns and the ability to take it home everytime he touches the ball.

Ted Ginn is clearly the second best WR in this draft-the guy has speed like no other and more than anyone excepting CJ is a gamebreaker big play guy. Should Quinn be gone hes my pick right there, definately over Levi Brown ugh.

Jarrett is overrated. He completely lacks seperation ability and good NFL cover corners will eat him up.

1)CJ
2Ginn
3)Bowe
4)Meachum
5)Rice
6)Jarret
7)Davis
8)S. SMith
9)Gonzalez
10)Allison

Jarret at 40 would be a phenomenal steal IMO.
