Yes they ran all over our starters. Wait, no they didn't since the starters only played 2 series, one of them being a 3 and out.

the defense started to bend too much..
Our offensive line really looked bad game planned or not
they couldnt run block at all i dont think a scheme will fix this

preseason or not, this is a reason to be concerned, our top 5 defense got destroyed tonight by atl. Paul soliai got stood up by a 240 pound running back. Doesnt that fatty weight like 400 fogging pounds? for crying out loud.

There are too many Chicken Littles here. It's the very first preseason game, and while some may not be happy we won, or that we didn't play our best with our first team defense, and our O-line was a little shaky, it is still our first game.

How did they get destroyed? They played 2 drives and one of them held ATL to a 3 and out. Yes I'm so ****ing concerned about our first string defense getting run on on ONE drive in the ****ing preseason.

This is what pissed me off. This is our franchise DT.
Pre-season or not man you dont let someone punk you like that.
Goal Line stand. You hit that running back and make him piss blood how hard you slam him and lay him out....backwards...the other way.
Instead the running back stands you up? WHAT? Then even with help you let'em get that ball across the line for the TD...
<sigh>
Just shows a lack of a killer instinct.....pre-season game or not.
