Tough December Schedule

I don't think it matters who we play in December. If we are meant to be good, we will take care of them.

Last year we started playing like we really can in the middle of the season leading to a 4-0 run. We didn't beat those teams early in the year that we should've and where we were the better team. Buffalo, Houston and Green Bay all should've been wins asn should've Buffalo and NYJ later in the year. As long as we take care of business early in the year, we'll have the record that allows for some room for error. Besides, with our defense we are in every game so I'm sure we can get at least 2 of those.

I realisitcally expect us to have no more than 2 losses heading into the BYE week. (6-2)

Yeah but now we win in December but can't start off the season with anything. :tantrum:

Thats a big assumption. They will probably be underdogs in the first three games. At Cleveland isnt easy. Patriots and Giants both went to the playoffs last season. Wanting to go 6-2 is one thing, expecting it is another.

Well I think we are a much better team than the Redskins, should spilt with the Cowboys and Jets. (Cowboys get the treat of playing us at home in Septemeber and I still don't think the Jets are that great.) Oakland, Houston and Cleveland are all teams we should beat as are the Giants. Just how I feel.

Thats fine, everyone is allowed to predict what they want. If you are expecting 6-2 then you might be in for a shock.

Much better than the redskins? Dolphins were 6-10 and the redskins were 5-11. Once they put in Jason Campbell they played much better at the end of the year. If the game was at miami I would say the dolphins have the edge, but since its in Washington I have to give them a small edge.

I dont think the cowboys will have any problem playing in september. Its hotter in august in dallas than it is in miami (when the teams are training). Dolphins have not played well in the meadowlands vs the jets in the past 10 years.

Oakland, Houston and Cleveland is the easy stretch. However houston has beaten the dolphins the past 3 times I think. At cleveland is not an easy place to play.

Patriots will be very tough. Giants arent that good, I will give you that. However its at a nuetral site instead of a home game.

I would think they will go 4-4 in the first 8.

Alright I can respect that opinion, you do bring a good point to all of your statements. I still disagree about Washington, all they did was lose linemen, have absolutely no draft, and really only gained Landry this off-season. I don't see their offense doing much against the Dolphins.

Yeah Miami does seem to struggle against Houston (we're 0-2, not 0-3) but if we're going to be a good team we have to beat them.
