If youve played football to the degree, length and ability to make it to the pros than chances are the way you look at the game is going to be significantly different than Joe Fan who sits on the couch watching games every sunday afternoon screaming his fandom. Many of these players are already multi millionaires by the time their second or third contract comes around but that doesnt stop them from signing with rival teams. JT signed with the jets, Farve with Minny even Thurman Thomas with us.
You think you know what you would do but if you were playing the game at the highest level since you were 11 all through college, I'm going to go out on a limb by saying you have no idea what your thought process would be.
People saying there is no way or that they would sabatoge the other team are strictly speaking through emotion with no sense of rationale at all. I would think if you would be in that situation, rationale and clear thinking would be the driving force behind any decision

I'd play for any team in the AFC-E and sabotage their season ninja style.. I'd do everything from putting laxatives in their supplements before games to spreading rumors and creating a locker room mutiny. I would also wait for the most pivotal points in games and drop balls or something of the sort..
