Exactly, plus he'd have to learn the system this late in camp. Maddox hasn't shown more than Gus, he's our guy for this year. The next QB we get will be our guy for the future, not another retread.
 
on top of the fact that maddux sucks they have duece staley and the bus why would they even possibly be interested in ricky :rofl3:

Come on - Maddox is old and is a born back up (except in Europe).
 
Noooooo!!!! I want a Rookie QB here next season or at least a free agent QB whos below 27yrs of age. Ricky is better than Maddox regarding trade value IMO. We will have to wait till next yrs off season to see us getting a QB. What weve got now is what weve got full stop. Live with it and lets hope one of them steps up and helps us win some games.
 
Last time I checked, Wannstedt and Spielman were no longer with the Dolphins.
 
I hate being negative, but that's a rediculous trade. It wouldn't even work in Madden! (where most people seem to get their trade ideas from)

ok everyone, be patient wait till next year to get a QB please!, all were gunna find right now is a mediocre QB so stick with what we have right now and go through the season with it, gus is a reliable QB, no need to trade for someone just as good as him maybe worse
