with trent green on his way for most likely a 6th round pick.....i say we trade culpepper to oakland for randy moss.......then the raiders pick calvin johnson and our chances of getting brady quinn increase 100 percent....what do you think finfans?
I don't want Randy Moss, and we cannot trade Culpepper until he passes a physical, which as of now it seems will be a while if ever.
Guys, you gotta relize, C-Pep stood up and took a chance by playing early when his knee was crap, it usually take about 1 1/2- 1 3/4 year to heal this kind of injury, but Culpepper stepped up to the plate and tried. It would be pretty crappy for us to not give him a 2nd chance.

Nobody forced Cpep to come back, he said he was ready. If he wasn't he should have sucked it up, and took one for the team. Instead he played when he wasn't ready and put our playoff chances in jeporady. Life isn't fair, and not everybody gets a second chance.
Sorry, this isn't street ball where u get a bunch of neighborhood kids and play. This teams spends millions on trainers, doctors opinions and staffing for medical reasons. U don't let a 8 year old drive because he says he can drive. This team did a POOR job in evaluating Pep for the beginning, whether Daunte said he is ready or not is pointless, he is not the one that should have that decision. Nick make a mistake and he still realized that Daunte was his best option even on one leg . . . it was just too much tho and the switch needed to be made and the coward left w/o seeing his failed experiemnt go through.
Whether Daunte stays or goes, thats up to Cam and Randy .. . but to say Pep has had a fair shot to be the QB of this team is false.
