Over the first four weeks the O-Line played horribly and everyone said that that was the main thing we needed to fix before we were competitive and that we didn't really need a WR. Now the O-Line is playing better, we're seeing our QB play well, our TE is making big plays, and our RB is rolling...the problem? Yep, those WR's you guys said we didn't need. Still think Randy Moss wouldn't make us a better team? Can anyone honestly tell me that if we had Moss we wouldn't have won the Houston and New York games? Chambers and Booker just aren't getting it done and Welker is a 3rd WR. As great as the guy plays nobody can say he's a 1st WR. Should we seriously be looking at guys like Jerry Porter, Randy Moss, and Mike Williams now? We have stuff to trade (Culpepper, our 1st pick, etc.)...I think our O is one WR away from being competitive...Moss as our 1st, Chambers as our 2nd, Welker as our 3rd, and Hagan as our 4th WR's would make this O click because we already know Joey can play...it's our WR's that are making him look bad. So what do you guys think?

....i think we are a LOOOONNGGG way from anything "clickin" on offense.....and adding a WR isnt our #1 priority on O.......and I dont think that we "know Joey can play"....

Joey's played well? Man have our standards for good QBing fallen badly. He has 1 friggen td and 4 ints in 2 games. He's getting protection too. Give me a break. No more excuses. If our skill guys are suppose to be so good then they should be making plays. If the o-line is not allowing sacks, and joey is playing good like you say, then how come we cant score.

Or WRs aren't playing. At all. They are all slow, they drop passes and can't get open. Thankfully, we have Welker.

It doesn't matter if they're wide open standing in the endzone with nobody within a 50 yard radius...they'd drop it.

soo many dropped passes, doesnt ****ing matter whos blockin or throwing.......also, look at the playcalling.....we dont open up the field until were out of the game in the final minutes.....then we click.....hint hint saban

derek hagan looks like our future # 1 reciever in two years

Screw that, pickup Charles Rogers for free. Well not free, but without giving anything up. If he doesnt work, cut 'em

Only thing I can agree with on this thread is that Derek Hagan will be our #1 in a couple years. Chambers should then be our #2, he just can't catch the easy passes, just not consistent. It has to be a miracle catch or he drops it.

joey did good for a backup qb....and he at least not throwing int and getting sacked five times a game.....what gets me if we would of won every one of u guys would say "he was awesome" and"we should of started him at the begining of the season....... but as for the WR...i was thinking instead of trading y dont we get Rogers....joey and him had some good connections win they where in Detroit and when DC comes back he will have to ppl with good hands
