Trade for Bryce Young?

Moving forward here's my thoughts. Miami has speed everywhere on offense. Blazing fast wide receivers. Same at running back.

I believe Tanner Conner was a 4.4 guy if he ever works out at tight end.

Why not have a dual threat quarterback as well? Talk about a team that would be impossible to defend.

Look at where the Dolphins struggle. It's third and short, fourth and short. Convert more of those and yards become points. In the opener, Miami had 400 yards and only 20 points.

Huntley is somewhat intriguing because he has the athletism, but not sure he has enough accuracy to fit the system. Or if he can deliver with quick decisions.

Doesn't sound like a great year for drafting a quarterback, so maybe you build the offensive line and defensive line in 2025.

As to Young, I think you get the same problems with Tua, in a quarterback that's not built to take hits.

Bryce Young issue is confidence, not ability. Anyone who has ever played competitive sports, belief in your ability to perform is almost as important as your ability to perform. Bryce has all the tools to be successful, he just needs to land in the right situation to rebuild him.

With all that said, not sure who would take on that contract. He would need to be released.

5-10 years 185-195lbs (his real weight) is the problem.

Metrics exist for reasons .

Bryce Young is a problem. Someone elses problem. This team has a QB. They are all in in his return to the team. Tua will be back so that's the mind set of the team. I think it would be foolish for Tua to not at least take this year off and evaluate what to do. We as a team, have to move on from Tua imo. The injuries are too serious. Once the Dr is talking about wheelchairs and permanent paralysis, coming back to the violent sport of football behind our tissue paper oline seems like a very bad decision. He has a wife, kids, plenty of money. It's up to him and him alone. If he wants to risk it and his wife is ok with that and his parents then he'll be back. In that case I'll pray hard that he avoids getting hurt again. If I see him in that fencing position laying on the field I'm not going to be very happy. He's still playing Hero Ball but this time the downside isn't a fumble or a pick, the downside could be his ability to walk or worse. Best thing that could happen. Tua comes back, leads us to great victories and never gets hurt again! Can we count on that?

Let's just draft Cole Pennington his dad won us the division maybe lighting strikes twice.Would be a late round pick let's take a chance.Dolphins would not have a undefeated season without Shula looking ahead and having depth a QB .Thank you Earl for work you did when Bob went down.

I’d rather trade our 2025 first rd pick to Carolina for their 2026 first and third, so we had a better chance for landing Arch Manning in 26.
(Let’s face it Panthers ain’t gonna turn that mess around anytime soon so they’ll prob be picking high if not 1st again)
