trade Madison and R.WIlliams for a 1st rounder?

I dont know a lot about salaries, and the salary cap, but could we trade r.williams, and s.Madison, for about a mid first round pick?

then we would have (projected)

1 pick 5 (depending on how many more games we win)
1 pick 17

I doubt Leinhart will fall to 5th, but it would really help.
If we did get those 2 first round draft picks, we may be able to trade both of them for the 1st overall pick in the draft.
if the Packers get the first overall pick, they wont draft Leinhart, sice they have Rodgers.
the Jets will draft leinhart if they get a chance
the Texans have david carr, so they may still draft leinhart, since Carr is wanting out of there.

are you kidding? I mean seriously, you're messing with all of us right?

ricky is worth a 3rd at the very best, and madison is worth a 4th/5th at the very best. On what planet would that add up to a mid-1st round pick???!?!!?!??!?!

All that may be true, but nobody will give you a first for those two players.
 
i personally like the idea, but im not sure y these guys say it cant happen

its not that we dont want another first rounder its that its just not possible to get one from someone unless speilman gets job somewhere.
