Ironically enough I bet you they would pay up for Tannehill out of desperation.
Hey, he would have Jake Long, so obviously there would be no stopping them.

If there is any NFL team who will never write a season off it's the St Louis Rams. 1999!!!!
:)
Matt Moore isn't a tremendous upgrade over Shaun Hill..
No way trading Moore. If RT goes down, then we are the team trying to sign Vince Young.
Trade Brady Quinn for a 5th round pick and keep Matt Moore.

Actually they cant. Their chances of winning just improved greatly with Bradford getting injured.
The Rams could make a push to win that division. They most certainly could earn a WC spot. The 9ers are on the decline. Seattle should take a bit of a step back. Arizona is up and coming like St Louis, but I am not sure Palmer can get them over the hump.
Tannehill will never be confused with Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady. He's going to be a good starting quarterback. Good not great. In the Alex Smith (from 2011 to now Alex Smith) to Jay Cutler class. Somewhere between 14-18th best QB in the league. Which is considered a franchise quarterback. If you put a good enough team around him, he has the talent to be a super bowl winning QB. But if miraculously in the next 2 drafts the Dolphins are on the board and Jameis Winston next year, or Christian Hackenberg in 2016 are available, those are no brainer picks. Tannehill isn't the next Marino. But he is a franchise quarterback.
I think Tannehill is in the Alex Smith / Joe Flacco class right now, which CAN win a championship with the right team around him. I'd be interested to see what Harbaugh could do with him.
Jameis is a great talent, but I have a feeling his bonehead stuff off the field will resurface in the NFL. It seems that Cam Newton has avoided falling back into this young mistakes after coming to the NFL, but Winston takes it to a new level. Who shoplifts crab legs from Publix after winning a Heisman and National Championship? I wouldn't trust him with the franchise.
I don't want any rapists on my football team. When there was a rumor that the Steelers wanted to trade Big Ben, I didn't want him here for that reason.
I would do a trade if they were desperate enough to give us a 3rd round pick (I understand he is realistically only worth maybe a 5th, but desperate teams do crazy things)
I was looking on twitter after the injury and apparently Jake Long was responsible...
