trade sam and 1st pick to oakland or san fran for the 5th or 6th pick and draft Cutler.

what do we need to do to trade up?
 
That's not going to be enough to get either of those picks. Would be nice though.
 
i dont think we should get cutler.hes not worth it to me.he has to prove a heck lot to me after his performance at the senior bowl.id rather get whitehurst.

The senior bowl game doesnt mean as much as the practices and he did very well in those. The game is hard because you are playing with guys you dont know and in many cases in a system very diff than the one you are used to, Some play in a similar system so it is easier. Cutler will be a top ten pick so we wont get him anyway.

I would rather have Croyle over Whitehurst.

Madison, 16th pick, 4th round pick

for 5-7 pick

easy, swap of first round picks and an extra pick with madison would get a deal done
 
Everyone in the league knows Madison is a done deal. We'll be lucky to get a 3rd or a 4th round pick for him.
 
I'd be happy with a 3rd or 4th for Madison. It would help our cap out and would add to the budget we'd have for FA.

yes, but only if Oakland/San Fran also feel they'll be getting something good by dropping to 16. What do they need that they could get there?
 
Who is going to take a 30+ year old cornerback and 16th first round pick for a 5th or 6th pick, where both teams are looking to get younger and better through the draft and doing a trade like that won't help them. Besides SF will draft DeAngelo Williams and Oakland needs help everywhere so they won't make that trade.

I got a 1st,2nd, & 3rd round pick for Jerry Rice on Madden. so yeah that trade is possible in Madden. but, i highly doubt it would work in the NFL.
