I know that may sound crazy, irrational, insane, batty, stupid, dumb, dimwitted, boneheaded, daft, ******ed, idiotic, wacky, baffoonish, senseless, dippy, slow on the uptake, brainless, nutty etc.. but I think that's what we should. I love Zach and J.T. more than the next fan but they need to go somehere that has a significantly high chance of winning a superbowl. I feel this way becuase we are rebuilding and we could have make valuable trades, although Saban said the Defense is built around Zach and J.T. but with J.T. 9yrs of experience and Zach at 10 yrs experincehow much more do they have.....including possible injuries. I know they have heart, passion and a desire to play the game....... I Know Zach is a little of age and middle linebackers around his age aren't really a hot commodity, but come on, it's Zach Thomas!!!! Not Morlen Greenwood. AND I'm pretty sure we could get something above satisfactory in return for J.T.. So let's trade'em.......
after they win a superbowl with a team or when they plan on retiring, then come back to MIAMI and do so accordingly.

You're right. It is ALL those things. And a few more.

Are you the friend Michael Irvin was with the other day when he got arrested?

How many of these threads are gonna pop up each day? I can't say I'm all that opposed to trading anybody on the entire team other than Ronnie, but only if the value is right. Fact is, we wouldn't get good value for trading them and either or both of them might still be around when we are ready to contend. It might be their last year or two when we are in pretty good shape but I think we should keep them, we probably wouldn't even get a 1st rounder if we packaged them both in a deal.

Didn't read the post, yet I disagree on principle. Regardless of age or cap hit, they're still the best players on the team and until they show otherwise I don't think they should even be discussed in trade scenarios.

I really, really, really...(16 times like Saban) get tired of saying this, but #1, we won't trade either of these players. #2, we would NEVER get in draft picks what we get in production out of these two guys. This is a terrible, terrible idea. Let's trade our two best defenders for draft picks who could end up like Eddie Moore. That sounds like a great plan!
