I think there is a good chance we could get him at our original 2nd round pick without trading up. He is not too light for a Hudson Houck line.
Here are the centers who started on HH coached lines going back to when he arrived in Seattle in 1992.
1992: Joe Tofflemire 6-2 273 lbs
1993-1994: Mark Stepnoski 6-2 265 lbs
1995-1996: Ray Donaldson 6-3 300 lbs
1997-1998: Clay Shiver 6-2 290 lbs
1999-2001: Mark Stepnoski 6-2 265 lbs
2002-2003: Jason Ball 6-2 301 lbs
2004: Nick Hardwick 6-3 283 lbs as a rookie, though listed at 295 now
2005: Seth McKinney 6-3 310 lbs
2006: Rex Hadnot 6-2 325 lbs, by far the heaviest center HH has coached the past 13 or so years.
Ryan Kalil at 6-3 290 lbs, would look to me like his size would fit in well with the vast majority of centers who have started on HH lines since 1993
