wow, calling folks who have actually dug into their pocket to help support the website you are now on "stupid".You are not very nice today are you ? calling names is against the TOS too...

Seems to be a little resentment to the VIP section on this board.... maybe someone should explain it better.

It's not about resentment...it's about people putting down people who are not "VIP" members. I find it absolutely appauling...

Sorry for hi-jacking the thread...but this is not the first time I have seen this happen in the last 48 hours.

I think that VIP thing was a bad idea....I dont wanna complain (I LOVE this site) but you already see the affects of it. Its driven a little wedge in our "community".

No name calling here...just pointing out that just because you paid money for your VIP section doesn't make you any better than the rest of us. It just means you have the extra funds to spend to support the site. Trust me if I could contribute to Finheaven I would, but when you are in the middle of totally remodeling your house it's not really prudent to toss out ANY to anything that's not a necessity.

If someone donates funds they should get extra privledges. Nothing wrong w/a VIP section for members who support the site financially.

You don't determine my financial budget...so please don't talk about what I can and cannot afford please. I didn't say it was a big financial hit...I said I am not spending money on anything unnecessary. Meaning I have a budget...and contributing to finheaven is not on it.

And I have no problems with them having plenty of benefits for paying. The privledge to knock the people who have not paid should not be one of them however. You don't like the common forums...fine, but keep your snide comments to yourself...

No, you determine your financial budget. And you have determined that donating to FinHeaven is not worth the relatively small amount. Yet, you disrespect people who have fewer funds than you, yet have decided that they care about the site enough to donate to it.

People here flame each other all the time....I don't see this as anything different. I personally have no problem w/that comment because let's face it, there are many many posts daily that are complete nonsense. How many times have you seen a Ricky or Saban is god posts (I've seen up to 10 threads regarding Ricky on page one alone).....almost to the point of nausea.

It would be great to have access to a forum that filters all the crap posts, childish flames etc.....and is just used for quality Fins (or NFL) discussion.

As for your budget comment, I'll just leave it @ that.
