Here is a good read for those of you who haven't seen it yet.

Edit: Here is some bits for those who don't want to sign up.
HOT: RB Ricky Williams ran the ball well and found the few open holes the offensive line provided. He also cut well in the open field -- drawing cheers from the fans in attendance.
NOT: Aside from a handful of solid runs by Williams and Lamar Gordon, the offensive line was inconsistent -- especially on runs up the middle.
``Just because you play quarterback doesn't mean you're gonna be a leader. I think leadership is your ability to affect people in a positive way, and that can come from anywhere on the field. We're not looking for sheep. We're looking for wolves. If we need a sheepdog to get them lined up and get where they need to get, then we have the wrong guys. I'm not trying to minimize leadership. I'm trying to maximize the individual responsibility of everyone else to not have to depend on anyone else to do it. If I do that I put my whole future in how the other guy is doing. So if he is having a bad day, I'm having a bad day. Then we all go out and get our [butts] kicked.''
