Usually one rookie mini camp following the week after the draft, then normally 3-4 weeks later is the actual first mini camps. TC normally starts in July right?

All of those rookies, including the nine draft picks, are expected to be in attendance at this weekend's rookie minicamp, which begins Friday and lasts until Sunday. Miami also will bring several other players into the camp on a tryout basis.
Are the ones this weeknend open to the public?
Last year's camp wasn't. I can only assume the same thing this year. In fact most Dolphins mini-camps or OTA's weren't open to the pubilc at all last year. I think TC is when they started letting the fans in.
