Training Facility

This is a random question, but figured someone could help! I'm heading home tomorrow and wanted to try and check out the Dolphins Training Facility. Is there anything to really see/do there (besides just the outside of the building)? Just making sure it's not a waste of a drive. Thanks!

There is a store there, not much else, you could go to the top floor of the parking garage and get a good view of both fields. More than likely they will practice inside the bubble.
