Travis Henry for Ricky Williams?

There are rumblings that Buffalo will eventually have to deal with the situation of Travis Henry wanting out (because McGahee will start ahead of him)......what do you all think about trading him for Ricky Williams straight up....I know one thing, the Bills-Fins games would sell out!!

No way we should do something like that..r. williams having a good season would punish us...you trade him out of the division period if you trade him.

We dont want that good for nothing, back stabbing, weed smoking, peice of trash.

This is probably one of the dumbest threads I have ever seen.

Well as a Bills fan I wouldn't want to do it

Its trading a problem for a problem. I'm pretty sure RW wouldn't want to move to Buffalo, he seems like a warm weather guy. So i'm sure he would complain and plus it would just create another RB controversy between Willis and him.

Henry would hate being in Miami b/c like in Buffalo he is not the future or current starting RB. So i'm sure his complaining would continue

All you had to say was yes we would do it, or no we wouldn't do it....some people are just raised to disrespect others I guess

We would do that because...... and the Bills would do that because.......

No Way Jose. Like him or not a motivated Ricky Williams is better than Henry or McGahee and although he hasn't taken a carry in the NFL yet I'd say he's better than Ronnie Brown also.

Willis missed a year and played awsome last year! What are you smoking to assume that possibly the best college rb ever and a NFL ELITE rb (w/proven talent to be the top in the NFL)can not regain his form!

Why would you trade that for Henry, to a division rival? So the Bills could run wild on the FINS!!!! Willis and Ricky would post 100yd games!! No way!!!!!!!

Ease up!!!!! He is obviously good for something!!!

1800+yds! I say that is quite alot. He left b/c he saw Wanny leading him to the lions. No rb could sustain that kind of pounding over 3 years, look at TD and you see what happens when you lead the NFL in carries that many times. TD says that there is no way he could ever play again regardless of his passion, the pain is to unbareable! That is why RW said ASTA!!!!

Talent wise, that is a very one-sided trade. Risk-wise goes to Henry but I wouldn't do it.

I think that fans who are uninformed believe that trades in the division work, but I agree with you this trade would be bad for both teams. If the trade worked out than if I were Saban I would trade Henry as soon as a starting RB went down, but Buffalo would be with Ricky sitting out the first 4, and regardless if he can help them out, I doubt he'll be a better back than Willis, after sitting out a full season. I do believe Buffalo needs a backup RB, and Henry won't show up but, Donahoe can't be that bad of a GM, and not trade him as soon as another top RB gets hurt in training camp, can he?

What!!!!!!

What a question. First of all. Henry's just about washed up, so why would you want him here? He's lost his pizzazz. And as much as I would like to use Ricky as trade bait. Why give him to a division rival? I don't think he's going to be the same monster he was, but if he is, the Bills would be unstoppable w/RW & Mcgahee (who's got huge potential). The only way I would want to see him go there for anyone, would be if he goes there and abandons ship, as he did to us. Unless he comes back and produces like he has in the past, it's going to be hard to find a Trade. So if we're going to slush him off for a future pick or a QB, lets do it and hope it gets done before week 5.
If he get's out of his debt to us, I really hope they can somehow screw him w/the league minimum.

When healthy travis isnt half the back ricky is

Ricky is a true warrior when his head is on straight...He should be up to 220 lbs. but the start of camp. Trading him for travis would be straight up stupid, Henry just lost his starting to job to McGahee, and Ricky Williams like i've said is still a better back
