This is one of those cases where I begin to realize that we shouldn't jump to conclusions. When I first heard of the situation, I saw "Controlled substance" and I began to think of other stuff. Now I see that it's Xanex (however it's spelled) and that the prosecuter was told he has a prescription for it. It's Effed up that he was driving under the influence, but this prosecuter needs to realize what great excitement and expectations there are for these Dolphins and drop all charges... j/k... Anyway, I guess we shouldn't always jump to conclusions...
