This is one of those cases where I begin to realize that we shouldn't jump to conclusions. When I first heard of the situation, I saw "Controlled substance" and I began to think of other stuff. Now I see that it's Xanex (however it's spelled) and that the prosecuter was told he has a prescription for it. It's Effed up that he was driving under the influence, but this prosecuter needs to realize what great excitement and expectations there are for these Dolphins and drop all charges... j/k... Anyway, I guess we shouldn't always jump to conclusions...

The thing is when you mix Zannys with alcohol you get really ****ed up. They might take that into consideration as well which isn't good for his chances of getting a misdemenor.

I have had 2 friends who have had too much of both at the same time:

the first one started to freak out and was trying to take the whole bottle, after we hid it she FREAKED and started screaming and hyperventalating. Then she started tearing the house up...Then she pleaded with us for more and tried to call a taxi to bring her to a mental hospital...


My other freind took too much and while being completely wasted packed up his belongings in his car at 5am and just started driving...he said he was "going north"...till he had to pay a toll and realized that it wasn't a good idea (it took him about 10 min to pay it!) He called me i picked him up and had him sleep it off in a hotel...and the entire time he was screaming at me and then apologizing....

Bottom line:

Alcohol good

Xanax good

Alcohol + Xanax = BAD!
