I don't see how lazy practices are the coaches fault! How dare JT cut him
addressing it! Sparano doesn't need leadership help he is the General Patton of NFL Head Coaches! Screw JT wtf this guy thinks because he spent 1 year on a team with a real HC he is now a expert.
 
sapp should have not been cut, guy was a playmaker, he had no safety help and this should have not happened. This front office is making me sick.
