Trent Edwards turned down Dolphins

All this will change at season's end.

Edwards refused to come to Miami and prefers to still not have a job in the NFL.

Good for him.

****ing heathen.

Those QBs obviously don't have a passion for the game.....they are just idiots if they turn down a job. It doesnt matter what the management is like. Hey Trent....what other team is going to give you a job??!! Don't come back knocking when you can't afford your mortgage or car payment on that new Mercedes.

Total bogus argument.

I love what I do for a living and I've been offered positions with companies but after the interview process, it just wasn't right for me.

Never settle in life.

These washed up scrubs turning down an opportunity to play here speaks volumes about our front office and the franchise in general.

I love how people say how pitiful Edwards is but in reality he is no worse than matt Moore

Ahh.. I forgot.. Edwards was another one of your favorites during the Beck bashing "shoulda woulda" days.

To rebut your contention, I'll throw your anti-Devlin "no one else picked him up" argument back atcha with an even more relevent: "Moore's the one of the 2 who's not only signed, but has been signed since TC while Edwards can't even catch on as a 3rd stringer " :idk:

Edwards definately outplayed Beck during their years in the NFL not that it means anything. Over thier years Moore and Edwards are equal at best in their careers. Your arguement has one hole and its Edwards turned down the opportunity to play for the Phins which makes no sense to me but maybe he has another plan. As for Devlin he hasnt turned down any team trying to sign him and is still on practice squad even when we lost a qb. Beck, Moore and Edwards are all more highly regarded than Devlin at this point which doesnt bode well for Devlin.

What qb would want to risk his life behind this HORRIBLE O-line? Didn't want him, but don't blame him either...

you think if we were 4-0 these guys would still turn us down
