Sorry for looking so far in the future.

After years of disgust finally we get a FO that knows how to build a football team. We made histoy last year turning a team from 1-15 to 11-5 and winning their division. Last year was one of the best years I can remember in a long time. We actually played some football.

However, I am just curious if we will still have the success without BP. I have heard rumors that BP will be gone next year and wants to possibly coach again. Will you still have the faith in the FO without Bill. Not just us fans but the players too. All the players know who Bill is and know what he brings to an organization making some lean more to Miami then another destination. Its not just the beaches and beautiful women that bring people to Miami to play football. ( I am sure it helps though )

Yes, Bill is training Ireland on what and what not to do, and that is the most important thing
 
My only fear is who will he take with him? I do think Sprano will stay but will Ireland? Ireland is as important as any of three.

Plust what coaches will he take with him? Look at dallas we raped them, and they took big steps back this year.

there is no doubt in my mind that both Ireland and Sparano will stay with the team after BP leaves
 
yes bp is laying out a great foundation here that cannot get messed up
 
Bill Parcells has stated before that wants to leave Miami a Dynasty for years to come. And that he brought the coaches with him to teach them what he knows. But who knows if BP will leave Miami. He loves it there and I dont see him leaving unless something really bad happens to make him want to leave.
 
Whether Parcells has said it or not, we are his legacy. People are going to look back on his career and see that he took teams and made contenders out of them. But if he leaves here and we aren't great, or perennial playoff contenders, there is a huge black spot on his record. Bill isn't going to want to finish his career on a sour note. Bill is going to want to stay to make sure that we don't become the cowboys and collapse right after he leaves. Bill is here to stay until he is comfortable that the Dolphins will remain good after he has left.
