I think if Parker really wanted out all he would have to do is ask. His contract is small enough that other teams would have interest and he's still at the point you might get something of value in the trade.

It's really a trick question because he says a key starter in his prime. There could only be on or two players that most would consider key that are in their prime. Parker, Howard and Byron Jones are about it.
