Trouble With NFL Network HD

Im a comcast customer in Palm beach county Im having trouble watching NFL Network in HD.
When the network is in programming Im getting a black screen however when the network goes to a commercial I get the commercials.
This problam is occurring only on the HD channel,if I go to the non HD channel I can watch the network fully.

Is anyone else having this problam?

I called Comcast and they said they are not aware of any trouble.

have you contacted comcast? they want to send a tech to my house?

forget it im in the audio/video business, and when its 1 channel its not the strength of signal its just a digital bit stream problem that should fix itself. My problem did not happen last night, does yours continue, where are you located.

Yet another reason why I dropped Comcast / Time Warner.
God I love my fibre connection.

Got the same problem in Canada. Signal goes in and out must be the broadcast that is experiencing problems not the carrier.

Im in wpb comcast called and cancelled the tech, said its a maintenance problem.

Funny Im no expert but even I understand when its one channel its not on my end, yet they insisted the tech come...now waite and see
