I guess we can make a run at Samuel but he is gonna be way expensive, I rather draft a corner.

Asomugha and trufant tagged!

According to PFT, they both have been tagged, but thats not the only bad news, Assante Samuels price will probably then be absurd...pick #32, here we come...

we have the most money in the league, or we're pretty close. Just cause he's gonna cost a lot doesn't mean miamis not gonna go after him.

I hope Cromartie, Mike Jenkins, McKelvin, Cason, or Talib is there when we pick at 32 one of them will be there and i dont care witch one it is but we need another CB

Titans are in better shape I think, but youre right, we could make a move. Problem is, there are positions in this team where we dont even have a quality starter, let alone depth...So, overspending on 1 player makes little sense (not that I dont drool over getting Samuel)

I think not. This draft has some depth at cb it is said and we just signed lehan so....

I think we are going to be drafting a QB, OL, TE, WR in this draft and DE, DT, LB.
 
i hope we dont draft cromartie. he isnt polished at all and i dont think he is gonna be good, i really hope we trade our #32 for deangelo if we can or hope talib, jenkins, or cason will be there
 
Ugh, these guys are the #2 and #3 corners in the NFL. I really wanted one of them. I expected Asomugha to get tagged, but not Trufant. Bring on the corners in the draft.

Dominic Rodgers-Cromartie, Mike Jenkins, Reggie Smith, Terrell Thomas, DeJuan Tribble or Dwight Lowery please.
 
What makes someone think that Parcells would want to break the bank for Samuels? Maybe he will, but it could also have a dominoe effect for players thinking their not getting what they think they are worth. It also leaves a lot less cap room for the long list of positions and players the Dolphins presently need. If we do use the #1 pick in the draft then there is speculation that it will be a record setting contract and that will certainly take a big bite out of the cap space.
 
dammit...I was really hoping for Trufant. At this point, let's make sure we get Hamlin into the 2ndary and draft a corner at #32.

I'd rather not break the bank on Samuel.
 
Remeber people that a great pass rush protects and makes CB's better or worse. More important to me is a safety out of FA and I just hope Hamlin don't get tagged.
