That is what I am saying. WE know who the big names are, but until Ross proves otherwise I am not going to be that confident.

The part that scares me is Carl Peterson will be a big voice in our Head Coach selection.

No question. What is "obvious" to us is not so obvious to Ross.
A lot of our next coaching decision comes down to what draft pick we get IMO.
Ross has not made a good name with himself for the way he has conducted himself with his employees IMO. Hanging Sparano out to dry and taking pay away from employees during the lockout made him look bad. I don't think Miami is a prime location that it use to be for head coaches to come here anymore.
BUT if we have a chance at Luck than I think we could get any coach we want. Gruden, Cowher, Fisher would all love the opportunity for a once in a decade type prospect who they think they can link up with and make a run at multiple Super Bowls. In my opinion I would go after Fisher,Gruden, and Cowher in that order. I just love the way Fisher always got a lot out of his Tennessee teams even though they weren't always the most talented team in the NFL. Gruden is a great motivator but he tinkers too much with personnel for my liking. Cowher is a great coach, but it never seems to work out for coaches who have won a Super Bowl to move on with a new team and start from scratch.
