All the "We are better than that" and "It wont happen again" talk by players. We heard it in previous years. We heard it after game one. Miami has no-one that makes players accountable IMO, I think Ryan and Jarvis are steps in the right direction though. I think our defense is made up of overpaid guys content with cashing a check.

When you hear player talk do you believe they are even sincere or just pitching a sale? I think All but Ryan and Jarvis are full of sh*t.

I don't know what you expect players to say. "no, we sucked out there, that's how we will always play". "we will not get better."

It's all coach speak/ player speak... It holds no credibility with me whatsoever

Don't buy it not even a little bit. How about just going out and playing better? Us as fans will gladly tell everyone how good our team is doing.

Only a matter of time before the lose out crowd whines about us trying to win meaningless games, in fricking September.

I swear some of you have absolutely no intestinal fortitude.

I have been hearing the "We will play better" lip service after losses for 20 years. So no, I'm not buying.

Exactly....and with this SPECIFIC coaching staff this is the 4th year in a row we're being paid this bull**** lip service, and that's all it is at this point bull**** lip service

Will this be the last "we suck so let's find new ways to complain about it" thread this week?

They say it will get better but there's no plan to actually do anything differently.

If you have to tell me how well you're going to play, you've already proven you suck.

We will be consistently inconsistent. That's Philbins MO. We may look like world beaters on Sunday and then lay an egg against the Jets. Our style of play seems to produce strange results. A stronger commitment to running the football would help a lot.
