If you take a look, the next 6 games(excluding NE), are looking like mediocre teams at best....So we are 0-2, if we increase our gameplay-and that is a BIG if....We have a shot to compete within the AFC.

[..-..-...--.-...---.-.-..--.-.--..---..-.--..--....---..].."this just in...Sources in Hell report, that a snowball now has a chance there...and a coldsnap, forecasted to arrive this coming weekend, could freeze the whole place over!"

ofcourse we still have a chance, it's only 2 losses

I believe in my team. We are off to a rocky start.........so what. There are 14 more games to play, we are not done. If we were done, what would be the point of playing the remainder of the season? We would just throw in the towel and forfeit. But that is not who we are as an organization. We have pride!!! We started 3-7 last year and then gelled(sp?). We are only 0-2 and I have heard fans talking like it's over. It's not! Give it to the guy with b@lls to post this subject!!! I mean c'mon don't act like Denver fans! Remember "In Saban We Trust".

Props to you man! Your right we are far from finished!!! Go Phins!!!!

dont you know the playoffs have allready been set, and you guys are a bunch of homers?

i never thought we were finished if you say that after only 2 games then thats a bit ridiculous, theres still 14 games to be won and with some minor changes i think we can easily finish with a good record and make the playoffs

thats just an ignorant comment.....if we play well, we will make the playoffs....there is no opinion to that I do not believe.

The thing is this...If everything plays out as best we hope for, which is extremely realistic, we'll have a chance to go to NE in week 5 with a chance to take the division lead. This is how each team in our division shapes up the next 2 games

Miami- vs. Tennessee, @ Houston--2 winnable games in my estimation
New England- vs. Denver, @ Cincinatti--2 losable games, or a split
NY Jets- @ Buffalo, vs. Indianopolis-definite split here or two losses
Buffalo- vs. NY Jets, vs. Minnesota-split here or two losses

So we could go to NE, trying to take a division lead or tie for the division lead. The season is by far and away not over, especially with the rustiness out of the gates for teams like Denver, KC, and even Pitt. As long as they hover around the .500 mark, that's good. Of course, the most important thing is that we win games, especially in the AFC and the division.

i was joking... i was saying how stupid it is to write the season off 2 games in... last year we were 3-7 and dallas was 7-3... we both ended up 9-7... i'm not giving up until we lose our 8th game.

The main factor is whether or not the team steps up...Obviously the critics are going to shut down that statement fast, but I think we need to take it game by game and these next few games should really help us progress if we play well now.

Hey, that's funny...a baseball fan is calling us a homer. I've seen it all right here on finheaven.
