That box of vanilla cigars, I just had delivered, got here in the nik of time.
With it being a 4 year extension and $167M guaranteed there probably isn’t an out clause til the final year, so 2028. Depends how it is structured though. Now the question is when can they get out of it.
Maybe the dolphins don't want an early exit.I think limiting the contract to 4 years is a win win for both sides. That gives the Dolphins an earlier exit ramp while allowing Tua to hit the market a year earlier.
Obviously Tua isn’t everyone else. It just means he will get a bigger check in five years than the QB’s who decided to sign those 5 year contracts.Ehhh. Everyone else took the fifth year when it was offered (Lawrence, burrow, Herbert, Jackson, Allen, hurts, Murray, Watson)
Pfft. If only you knew how meaningless your opinion is.Cared enough to respond again tough guy
I think because of the concussion issue the Dolphins wanted the possibility of having an early exit ramp.Maybe the dolphins don't want an early exit.
He wouldn't have gotten the new contract if concussions were an issue.I think because of the concussion issue the Dolphins wanted the possibility of having an early exit ramp.
I think resigning Holland might be their next contract priority . He is a free agent after the 2024 season and they don’t have any starting safeties signed beyond this season. They still have plenty of time to work out a new deal for Hill if they want to.I'm thinking Miami will circle back to Hill, to restructure his deal, in an attempt to open up Miami's window a bit more. And to create more cap space for next season.
