I bet the Pats re-sign him, he won't be expensive and he's fairly young. If he does make it on to the FA market then I'd take a look at him because he's been fairly impressive at times this season.

He is a tweener and I was watching ESPN and they said some when reviewing Pats that they won't resign him because some team will make the mistake of giving him to much money It could have been the NFL network. His stats were good but he could be just a product of the system. we need offense so I hope we pass on this guy.

I agree that we shouldn't overpay for him or any free agent for that matter, but we do have a big need for pass rushing OLBs.

I saw somewhere that he was benched towards the end of the season. Don't know if the Pats are gonna resign him if thats the case.

Tully Banta Cain was a liability that the Pats were trying to cover up by sliding Mike Vrabrel back outside. He is no better than anyone we have. If our new staff overpays for him, they won't make it.

I live in Canada and I get to se all the Boston and New York channels. I watched many of the Bills and Pats games. I am not impressed with Banta-Cain. He is very inconsistent. I rather keep Spragan. He is young though, and could be coached up.
