I don't agree with the above comments, just posting what I received from a fellow fin fan.. glad I keep my CWP on me and a 40 cal... I know Miami because I am from here cowards...

I think it's against site rules to post PM on the main board sunshine.

Tannehill needs other coaches who can work on the faults he has in his game. He's got more talent than anyone not named Bridgewater in this draft, but he's not getting any better at fixing his flaws, and on top of that, the coaching staff is not doing anything to fix their game management flaws.

It's the job of coaching to be able to accent the high points of their player's games, and somehow this team manages to do the opposite constantly.

The coaches need other QBs who dont have so many faults in their game.

This isnt High School ball. Its the NFL.

I agree, Tannehil has to go, but the biggest problem is Coach Philbin, he's the big problem, I hope we get rid of him.

Tanny had HS and college to become a real QB. This is the NFL, there is no learning on the job unless you have immense upside which I don't see from Tanny at all. It's time to cut ties with him, the coaching staff and FO. If we could get rid of Stephen Ross I'd be all for that too. I'm rooting for losses at this point. Give me a Hundley, Mariota or Manziel over Tanny at this point.

Elle Cloud, thank your for exposing the racist POS in your PM's. Just disgraceful comments.

This guy isn't the only one that decides to send me racist/stereotypical messages because of differing opinions and my signature pictures. I chalk it up to lack of intelligence and human decency mixed with internet anonymity.

So this kind of stuff should go unnoticed. Just turn your head and act like nothing happened, heh? You're comical.

I was on the Tannehill wagon early in the season, he out dueled Andrew Luck, and Matt Ryan.

Now idk what happened.

This is my feelings on Tannehill after watching his performance the first half of this season. I'll start off by saying, that I think blaming the sacks and resulting fumbles solely on him is giving the offensive line a pass that they do NOT deserve. They are playing atrocious. With that being said: Didn't You just feel when we were up 17-3 that the Pats were coming back? I did because they have Tom Brady who almost always gets it done when the pressure is on. Tannehill looks the part in every way. He has the size, he has the arm and he can even move around (something Henne couldn't do to save his life), but at this point, I just don't trust him when the game is on the line. I truly hope that he makes me eat those words by season's end but there it is. I said last week that the Pats and Bengals games were his chance to play us out of this hole- no excuses. There can only be so many excuses before results are expected. He was clutch against the Falcons, but he has to be consistent and as of right now he is failing to do so. I still WANT him to be our franchise qb, but I am starting to become more and more skeptical that he can be.

It's hard to accept because he is being touted as our franchise quarterback but isn't playing like it. He is a liability on offense because of his turnovers, sacks, under throws and lack of awareness.
I don't think we can lay it all on RT but to act like he isn't a part and maybe a large part of the problem will lead us down the chad henne path IMHO.

I respect your opinion and understand where you're coming from. We all want him to play better, but I just don't see it happening. Everyone is making excuses as to why he is playing bad (offensive line, no experience, learning the position, coaching, etc.) but if you are a player, you are a player. His ability to turnover the ball is perplexing to me. I kinda expect him to fumble every time he is sacked which is happening a lot more than it should.

I agree with Elle Clouds totally on this issue. Site rules or no, the guy shouldn't get a pass for being an idiot...and a racist idiot at that. It's cowardly to act like that behind the anonymity of a keyboard when we all know he wouldn't have the sack to say something like that to his face. Not that it matters, but I'm a white guy living in Virginia and I see hypocrites like this frequently. They smile when someone different is in their presence, but as soon as they leave the ethnic slurs start flying. It makes me sick actually. I say good job exposing him.

This. I never seen a QB fumble so often as Tannehill. 8 fumbles with 5 lost in 7 games. His grip is soft.
