Sparano said the Dolphins find themselves fighting for their playoff lives at 7-7 instead of being 9-5 as they were a year ago because of turnovers and big plays.
Miami committed four turnovers to two for the Titans, including three interceptions by Chad Henne and a fumble by running back
Ricky Williams, his fourth in two games (two lost).
Last year the Dolphins led the
NFL with a plus-17 turnover ratio, compared to minus-7 this season, which is ranked 25th.
"It's ridiculous, it's very critical,'' Sparano said. "Looking at it right now, we're about 10 more interceptions and 10 more fumbles more right now than we were last year at this time.
