I did a little research to find out how turnovers have affected the outcomes of the past 3 seasons.

When Miami is + in TO ratio they are 16-2

When Miami is - in TO ratio they are 2-21

When Miami has an = TO ratio they are 5-2

like my wife always says, "the team that turns the ball over more will lose."

I think this is one reason why everyone should want Gus back next year regardless of whoever starts. He will be able to control the ball better from the start of the season better with the offense coming together. Defense will cause alot of turnovers with the system understood now. 49 sacks with a defense that had to learn the system first. not bad at all.

I wasn't impressed when we picked up Gus, but he grew on me. I don't think he's the guy to lead us to a Super Bowl victory, but he did help give this offense a little more credibility.

Probably the best point you can make about keeping Gus at QB but I agree!

This was our first TO-free game since 2003.
Now that says something.
