TV Maps: Week 9

I get the game this week...

Had some smoked ribs a friend of mine made the other night...took about 9 hours but he had a lot. He normally smokes it for 2 hours, wraps it in foil and smokes it another 3 hours, and then takes it out of the foil and smokes it for another couple of hours. Man they were good.

He made a home made BBQ sauce too...was really good.

I got a green Egg for father's day and find a reason to use whenever I can...Smoked Chicken Wings are addictive

holy crap, I get the game!
The local bar will lose about 50 bucks, but I will get to record and retwach, drink liquor instead of beer pitchers, and slow cook a pork butt

I olive Oil and rub

Apple or Cherry wood...Hickory tends to be too strong (at least for my taste)
