"If You're Absent During My Struggles Don"t Expect to be Present During My Successes"

Right on. Go away Fake Fans... If we lose we lose but don't so it on purpose.

"If his hands are absent in a game, don't expect the fans to brim with excitement."
Goes for Clay, Marshall, Bess, Smith....

Sure thing Brian... wake us all up when you suddenly start to succeed. Suspect we'll all be asleep for a while.

Good to know Brian. Let us know when you've decided to catch the ball. And when you do, make sure Sean Smith is ready to re-tweet it.

S4L!

Off topic note: Does anyone else feel the same way I do? That we need a "Suck 4 Luck" smiley?

Brian Hartline, just STFU and catch the ball. Stop tweeting like you're a Logan Morrison douche.

none of us fans have gone away from the team. if we had, we wouldn't be on here discussing the team all day like we do.

all of us on here are die hard fans, just because most of us have decided not to go to anymore games this year because the product is as ****ty as can be, does not mean we don't support the team anymore in other ways.

Hey moron how about you use your fingers to catch the football instead of tweeting and we won't be having this discussion!

Hartline sucks

a system player with no talent and not deserving of a starting gig

So whos the "real fan"? The sunshiner that thought everything was rosy, who thought there wasnt an issue with our coach and qb and who when the season finally disinergrated a peep isnt heard from and became an apathetic log.

Or conversely, the fan who thought we werent going to be good this year, who wasnt surprised how bad we were and is in the suck for luck camp. The same fans who still watch every game, who call in radio shows, who are active in forums and still are interested in the team.

It isnt the suck for luckers that have become apathetic fans. Looking at this board it seems the most active posters are the ones who knew how this season was going to unfold and still are here and still have an interest in our team.

It was the "so-called real fans" that arent anywhere to be heard. They are the ones who have disappeared when the going got tough. They are the apathetic disinterested ones

I see some still like to toss out that ridiculous "fake fan" crap lol.

This confuses me so much. How the hell can any of us on this forum be considered fake fans when we are still here day in and day out discussing/complaining and praising (as little as it may be) the Fins? Posts like these from the OP and others are directly related to people not even here.

Not gonna lie I was one of those fans who thought Henne could turn the corner with Henning being sent packing and that Sparano was our best choice after Harbaugh/Cowher/Gruden fell through. It's who I am, an eternal optimist who looks towards the future and see's the good it can bring. I admit I was wrong, things didn't plan out how I hoped, but I'm still here, always have and will be. However, the optimism I now have is that those scenariors didn't plan out and it's time to make a change. Sparano will be gone at the end of the season and we will have at least a top 5 draft choice to draft a possible franchise QB. As a fan that is all I can hope for becasue we aren't bring home the Lombardi trophy this year.
