As constructive criticism, IMO there'd be more responsiveness here if you guys actually participated in the many and varied Fins discussions instead of just showing up to announce new podcasts.
 
We hear you. ALex rarely particaptes in anything social media (he runs a small business with a score of employees). Scott updates the site and runs the @tdolfans twitter and does all the editing, but also coaches agile software teams full time, so it’s just a time thing, not any lack of desire to engage. Podcasting’s is a fun, not for profit, side thing we enjoy. We do post here to create awareness of our existence... curious, Do most other radio shows and podcast shows engage in forum topics at Finheaven?

I would say the main one "promoted" here is 3ypc, and ck has been a member here for a long time and posts somewhat regularly.

No, not all. But the likes of WQAM interviews arent posted by WQAM themselves. Several other Dolphins podcasters have been and continue to be long-standing members of FH.

You are entitled to post whatever you want within the rules, but speaking as a member/ someone who listens to a lot of audio based content rather than as a mod? I can't help but agree with @Vaark that users would probably be more interested in checking out your content if you were someone who engages with them rather only ever logging in to post links
