John Clayton, of ESPN, reports free-agent DE Jason Taylor (Redskins) will probably sign with either the New England Patriots or Miami Dolphins.

I dont know why they keep thinking he will sign with us when nothing has been heard. My guess is Tampa is the other team in the bidding.

Wow John, you hit the bank with this one... Look at how good of an ESPN reporter I can be too...

LOL. Awesome.

Dont think it will be with the Bucs...they would be lining him up in the same spot he struggled with in Washington last year.

can't blame JT if he goes to NE anymore. If he chose them over us in the beginning then I'd be upset, but he has already stated he wants to come home. If the Dolphins don't pick him up it's not his fault. That would be their decision and there is nothing he can do, but find work elsewhere.

lmao @ "possibly even another team".

Also, i want no part of a bidding war for Jason Taylor. At this point i'd only take him for very cheap.

While I really think he's stalling as much as the teams interested in him, so he won't have to attend a full camp schedule, I think it's starting to look like us or NE. If we don't offer something in the next couple weeks, I think NE swoops in and grabs him. Especially with their 3rd round LB going down with an ACL injury for the year. I just hope either way, it doesn't come back to haunt us.

Well, If we are indeed interested, we will find out where Jason's loyalties stand, with the team he played for most of his career, or $$$$$, because I am sure the Pats will offer more money.

As you wrote in your sig:
Zach Thomas: I played against New England twice a year every year my whole career. I learned to not like that team. I wasn't going to join them.

We knew where Zach's was.
