Can we please get a head coach and GM that can actually work together to better the team? This is pathetic.

Christ! Seeing it in black and white really does bring home how dreadful we have been over the past 10 years.

Jeez, we're barely ahead of the Bills record-wise for the past decade. :bobdole:

You should send this to Ross, JC. Maybe he'll get pissed off and can everyone.

When we complain some fans call us fair weather or band wagon fans. Fans of the Phins haven't seen any fair weather and the band doesn't have a wagon........

LETS GET SOME PERSPECTIVE HERE............... .

We didnt have 2 "winning" seasons in 10 years. it's 1 1/2. 8-8 is neither winning or losing. its a half "win".

and in REALITY, that first parcells/ireland/sparano year was a FLUKE!! a BIG ONE!! we were well on our way to the same season we had the previous year when an assistant coach brought up the idea of using the WILDCAT in the nfl, something the league hadnt seen or prepared for. when it was finally exposed, it was over. and the ravens put the exclamation point on it in that undeserved playoff game.

and the following year have proven it was exactly that...... A FLUKE!!

so, if some want to consider that a "winning" season, so be it. what can ya do.

and as far as this "gm working with the coach" solution, well, not the answer at all. what we need and what we have needed since jimmy johnson is someone who can actually get production, bonafide, lasting production from his DRAFTS!!! plain and simple. get a GM in here who is a TRUE talent evaluator and the biggie, knows WHEN IN THE DRAFT to select a player rather than constantly taking players in the WRONG SPOTS and giving up picks to do it.

THIS is the finz biggest problem, far and away. get REAL talent in here and watch the wins pile up. watch the stadium actually get full!!!

Begs the question, are the Patriots that dominant or is the rest of the division that terrible? Seems pretty self explanatory when you look at he chart.

11-5 and 9-7 means two winning seasons.

This gives me hope! We have gotten 1 game better every year since 2011 so by 2021 we will be 16-0...SMFH....:puke:

Yea, that table is just depressing to look at.

I think people forget that Nick Saban's first year here was actually pretty good.

Nick Saban was a very good coach.

Nick Saban was a terrible GM who made some awful decisions between year 1 and year 2.

I agree. The combination of the surprising WildCat and the injury to Brady allowed Miami to win the division. No one should get credit for "building" a playoff team in 2008 because the WC was a one-year sensation, and the next year it was shut down... no more playoffs!

Used to be one of the best franchises in the NFL. It has gotten to the point where you are embarrassed to admit you are a Dolphin fan among other teams fans.:err:
