on the bright side, we're due :brewskis:

It's been horrendous no doubt. In a way glad it's Moore and not Tannehill playing this one. It's his Achilles heel.

I remember that 2013 game like it was yesterday. UGGGGGGLY! Hopefully MM will change our fortunes around. Urgency needs to be present from the outset.

That's the scores for almost every game we've played over the last 4 years under horrific Philbin.
New Coach in Miami.

In the past the offense has been terrible, but this team is better than the past.

Explains why the bills are favored by 3.5. 3 points for home field and something extra for history

The unstated reality that is that Buffalo has massively controlled the trenches, decimating the Dolphins OL and out-physicaling the Fins at every turn.

Which is why Rex-Tard lost it when playing in Miami -- and getting manhandled. With a Fins OL that actually blocked.

It's a new era in Dolphin-land.

That said, this game is gonna be harder. Miami has less talent available on OL and less talent overall. And Buffalo has more talent back. Wanting revenge.

Gonna be tough. But win or lose, the same-ole Dolphins are a thing of the past.

Some of you need to put the past behind...as hopefully the Dolphins have.

This is 2016 and a new era and culture...get off expecting the last 15 years to continue in the future.

Also...lower your Matt Moore expectations...he had a good game, and hopefully he manages these games well enough for us to get into the playoffs.

To expect a career journeyman backup with mediocre career numbers to dominate each week seems a little out of whack.

I hope he plays smart(limits turnovers)...and takes calculated shots downfield.

This game will be won or lost at the line of scrimmage.

While Moore's career numbers are not that great his last 10 starts have been excellent. 7-3 record with 19 TD's and 5 Interceptions. I guess we are not allowed to expect him to get better like Tannehill has over time. Just because the start of his career was mediocre doesn't mean it will stay that way. And he is perfect starting against Buffalo (2-0) with 5 TD's and 0 Interception.

Another point about Moore and his career interceptions. 9 of his career 29 interceptions came in 7 blowout losses that he did NOT even start. So game was out of reach and he was asked to come in and make something happen. Not sure you can really count those against him. In Moore's 26 starts he has thrown 36 TD's and 20 Interceptions. He is actually better at protecting the ball than Ryan Tannehill has been in games started.

Ryan 77-starts 66-interceptions (Interception every .85 games)
Moore 26-starts 20-interceptions (Interception every .77 games)

What some people fail to recognize is that Ryan was never put in that position to have to come into lost game and wreck his stats by trying to make a play like Moore has.

Would be something else if Matt Moore wins this game. He could say he was the starting QB of the Dolphins for the last 2 wins at Buffalo. 2011 and 2016.

If he were to win Miami's last 3 games, he'd increase his value.

He's 32 years old and was never considered a great prospect...i'm simply saying keep your expectations in check...that way that certain segment of fanbase won't have to jump off the cliff....or bash him when he has an average or mediocre game.

Matt Moore is where is from a career standpoint for a reason....lets hope he has a hot streak...but expectations of him being a long term answer are more a little premature at this point.
