I ranked them based on how well IMO they would project to our defense, since DEs can be very different in type and the roles they play from player to player, and some fit certain schemes better than others. Some are ideal for the OE role like JT plays, others are more or less tweeners who could be OLBs in a 3-4 or a down RDE in a straight 4-3. Others are better fits as base DEs in a straight 3-4.
