Uh-oh, Patriots just made a BIG move!

Not to incite anyone but Greg Lewis might start for the dolphins if you guys had him.

Not to incite you, but any of our QBs would start on the jets if you had them. And yes, I'm including beck

I have to admit I thought something along those lines too. While I don't think he would likely make the top three receivers on Miami's squad, I reckon he could have been a contributor (not that it matters as he was never going to Miami anyway). I'm sure there are plenty of us who would have been reasonably pleased to get him.

Oh, and there's no way Beck would be starting in New York. Henne would have a fair shot at it but Beck? Be reasonable.

Beck would absolutely compete for a starting role...and there is no way you can say he would definitely not be the starter.

Henne would be the man hands down.

Greg Lewis is worthless. He was on a team begging for someone to step up at WR, and he couldn't perform.

If you think Lewis wouldn't make it in our top 3 WRs, how can you say we'd be pleased to sign him? We need to improve, not have a guy fighting for our 3rd WR spot. Be reasonable......

Not a big move, but one that might pan out. I'm glad they went this route rather than drafting a wr. Thats one position the Pats have been hit or miss on in the draft. Givens & Branch were the only solid picks.

Of course, Lewis might have to compete for the job if they sign TO. :)

He's taking Gaffney's spot after his year of drops. As for TO, he's not going to you unless Moss is gone. No way they work together. Moss was upset that Welker got so many passes thrown his way, I can't imagine with TO in the mix.

That WR core would be insane though.

Do you always make things up?

Do you always make things up?

Do I know you? How can you say always?

And living in NE...I hear everything concerning the pats...moss did say he wasn't pleased with cassel, and how welker was getting more looks than him.

Do you ALWAYS overreact on other teams forums?

I can say always because I'm asking you a question. I didn't say "You always make stuff up." But anyways you're definitely making **** up, Moss never complained about Welker getting more passes and never said he wasn't pleased with Cassel. If you're so sure, please find me this quote you are referring to.
