UK Fans!

As a Season ticket holder I have been given the access to purchase tickets and or a package to the game against the Jets at Wembley. The cost of these packages is pretty insane, so I am trying to plan my own little London excursion. Can you tell me about any good hotels that would be close to the stadium for Game Day? Or is transportation good enough to get us to the game if we stayed someone else in the city?

I appreciate your help in advance!

Transportation good enough that you don't even need to stay in London. If you must stay in London then it would be cheaper to stay on the outskirts but there is a premier Inn next to Wembley park tube which will be the closest

Awesome, I also found a Marriott near Regents park that is close to a "tube". That should work good i guess then? Sweet!

Yeah, regents park is on the bakerloo line. It's a short walk from there to baker street where you can get met line or jubilee line straight to wembley. Loads of options for transport

I'm in London for the Friday to the Monday I'm staying at the travelodge covent gardens excellent area for bars and very easy access to central London 1 stop on the tube or walk and your in the middle of everything central London. Cost about $100/£65 per night access to Wembley stadium is very easy from central London also there is usually a fan rally or tailgate party in central London on the Saturday if you need any details feel free to pm me

Don't worry about transport at all; London is exceptional for it. Trains and underground mean you can stay pretty much wherever you like either in London or on the outskirts and comfortably make the game. Much comes down to cost. London is a very expensive city; staying central means you'll pay a significant premium on everything but you're obviously in easy reach of some of the greatest tourism in Europe. Staying just outside (Watford is usually my choice of location), means you don't pay that premium and have a train ride of half hour or so into London but your travelling would increase to certain sights etc.

Regardless, you're talking about one of the greatest, most cultural and historical cities on the entire globe. Enjoy !

I agree with all of the above. I went last season. Stay wherever near London, the Tube will get you to the game. And afterward, they smartly make all "incoming" trains into "outgoing" ones from Wembley, so it's easier to escape the horde of people after the game. I've never had an easier time leaving an NFL game anywhere. It was awesome! have a great time!

Tube in London is superb on game day. Stay anywhere in centralish london and it's easy to get to and from Wembley. Only tip is stay somewhere near a tube station.

How long are most of you staying? Were you able to find tickets on stubhub or where did you book?
