That's by galaxies the best list so far. Younger Dolphin fans should study it. I couldn't seriously quarrel with anything, just a few different preferences here and there but you absolutely nailed all the basics.

The simplest litmus test for a list like this is whether or not Bill Stanfill is identified at RDE. If not, ignore everything fore and aft. He was one of the 10-15 best players in Dolphin history yet amazingly goes unrecognized as such.

Qb - Marino, Griese
FB - Csonka
HB - Ricky Williams, Mercury Morris, Franklin, Delvin Williams
WR - Warfield, Clayton, Duper, Moore, McDuffie, Chambers, Fryar
TE - Jackson, McMichaels, Hardy
OL - Webb, Sims, Stevenson, Kuechenberg, Little, Langer, Moore, Geisler (sp)

DL - Vern Den Herder, Stanfill, Baumhauer (sp), Tim Bowens, Jason Taylor,
Darryl Gardener
LB - Duhe, Offerdahl, Thomas, Hugh Green, Buoniconti
DB - Surtain, Vincent, Madison, McNeal
S - Jake Scott, Dick Anderson, Glenn Blackwood, Lyle Blackwood

P - Reggie Roby
K - Olindo Mare
KR - Welker
ST - Jensen, Izzo, Bua

Can't think of our best kick returner, but Welker is a good one. Also, there is a DL who I can't remember off the top of my head who led the NFL in sacks one year. He was 6-7 and a pretty good player.

Perfect, but maybe throw Duper in for 3 wide sets.

The best possesion reciever ever, Mr. First Down, Dan's goto guy ,OJ McDuffie. I onceread an article about the teammate joking to him about having a set of first down markers in his living room, so he knew where to run his routes. In the article it had said that in 80 or 90 of his catches out of approximately 110, they were for first downs! Can anyone find that article? He rarely ever dropped a pass, whether it was on the mark or not! I'd like to just shake his hand & thank him for all the memories. I didn't see Tony Nathan listed either, he had a huge heart also, wasn't a big threat, but played awesome. Remember the chanpionship game against the Chargers, The "Hook and Ladder" play", that a highlight and the greatest comeback ever!

I would not have Stoyanovich as the kicker, he sucked, he's missed so many clutch kicks for Miami, I know has missed some too, but Stoyanovich beats him out by far. He was the anti-Vinatieri for Miami.
