Being a rookie, and after only 2 games with a subpar performance, you will be a bust and your career will be nothing but mediocre. I'm not digging through career stats on a bunch of players but I bet if you go and look back at a lot of great running backs today/QB/whatever position you will see not all of them made a huge impact right out of the gate. I think Barry Sanders had only "good" numbers in his first couple games and alot of people in the NFL today believe he was the best back to play the game. Based on the analogy of only 2 games it looks like Carnell will be a HOF first ballot within 5 years :shakeno:

Just because people think Caddy is better or we should have drafted caddy doesn't mean they are saying ronnie is a bust...

its like people wanna cry if you dont agree with every move saban makes or think every player on the dolphins is great.

My definition of a "BUST":

A high profile player who does NOT live up to his NFL standards after 2 Full SEASONS in the NFL.

Therefore, Eddie Moore is a BUST!!!!!!!

People are definintely stating explicitly in multiple threads Ronnie is a bust.

Its one thing to say you would like to see Ronnie play better (which is opinion) its another to state he is a bust.

At Auburn Ronnie was used to having blocking and holes to run in. He wasnt prepared to fight to get back to the line of scrimmage every carry and get hit taking the handoff.

He is not a bust. He is just dissapointing to watch so far. Except for his pass blocking that everyone on this board is raving about just to cover up his poor running.

What makes a bust??

Wanny and Spielman did a really good job of making a "bust" OL.

And come to think of it, They made all of their drafts a "bust" at least for the most part.

Ronnie is not a bust yet. He might not be the best back to come out of this draft...only time will tell...but watching him move piles when he does get a hole to run through plus the great receiving hands that he has, he will be a good back at least.
