Good for wes, but I think Zach Thomas is the most under the radar player in the nfl. He gets no love, all I hear about is his age, not the amount of tackles and key stops he makes.

yeah i just saw that and thought the same thing.....im happy to see that wes is getting some recognition, as for zach, i figured he wouldnt be up their because he isnt looked at alot cause i think alot of people expect him to be good.

:shakeno: zach doesn't get any love:shakeno:

If you read the requirements for "under the radar" team, a player cannot have been selected to a probowl in his career so far. Zach Thomas has already been to a probowl (6 of them so far), that's why he's not even considered.

It's actually been the second week straight where he is on the top of nfl match up.

L Johnson vs Zack
Taylor vs Zack..

I don't know if everybody knows this, but Zach is leading the NFL in tackles. Right now he has 99, and i think next behind him, is cato june with 94, i believe. So yeah id say Zach is under-rated, and has gotten no love.

There's no question ZT has lost alot of what he had in terms of impact
plays, but, he's still stellar.

I think he gets plenty of press love and, peer respect throughout the NFL.

It's ridiculous to say he doesn't get any recognition.

It's called under the radar, not under rated. Wes Welker is a guy that is having a great season, but not that many people know about besides Dolphins fans. People don't game plan to stop Wes Welker, but he could end up hurting them. He's sneaky good.

Zach Thomas is always accounted for, and I don't think he's been under the radar since his rookie year. Every coach in the league knows that they have to game plan for him an Jason Taylor, regardless of how much media coverage they get.

Bingo. Nobody who has had the sustained success Thomas has would think he's under the radar. Although with all the paranoia about media coverage around here I bet half this board would've thought Marino was under the radar too when he played.

the dolphins as a team get no love (4-6) understandablly but we are on a 3 game tear and more than likely we are about to beat the lions which will make it four and at 5-6 there should be a buzz but hey i dont care i just want to keep winning

I think Urlacher has over 100 tackles.

z.thomas has 99 tackles..next is l.fletcher with 94..then c.june 92..urlacher has 87...not 100..still 13 off..still tho ZT is the MAN
