It has been quite the last two days. I was thinking who could be are next pick up. According to Boomer we were close to signing Marques Douglas, but aside from that it has been quite. I think there are still two or three guys out there that can really help us. So I did a search on who we could possibly be interested. The names Im about to post are all speculation and wishful thinking. I will post by position. Feel free to give your two cents.

FB: Lorenzo Neal

TE: Eric Johnson, Bo Sciafe, Ben Troupe

OL: Jake Scott, Shane Olivea, Maurice Williams, Chris Naeole, Jason Fabini, Sean Locklear,

DL: Marques Douglas

LB: Clark Haggan

CB:Eric Green

S: Eugene Wilson, Marlon McCree

Deffinately DJ Hackett or Bryant Johnson if that were to be possible. Javon Walker as well. We need better WRs for a developing QB

Yea on NFL network Shawn Wooden was making fun of WR saying he had no idea who our WR were. I really like the Wilford signing, but we need another burner and this year's draft is very weak at WR.

Sean Locklear resigned with the Seahawks.

Bank of Fabini being a Fin.

dont forget there willl be another big name cut in may or june

McCree would give good depth at a struggling position last year with health. Sciafe would be an upgrade over Peele. I like Walker but I am not sure if Bill would take him in to be our #3 receiver. We have Wilford as a decent #2 and Ginn should help at #1. I just don't see Walker helping out our current needs except to add depth to our corps (which is always good unless the #3 wants to be #1 or #2). If another receiver is to be added it would be a posession receiver who can block without hurting his knee.

Neal is too old anyway to help this team in the future. It would be great if it were not for the fact that we aren't a couple Free Agents away from the Super Bowl. Instead we are a ton of draft picks and FA away from the playoffs. Waste of money to sign Neal.

Tomorrow will be a good day I hope..I am getting depressed because we haven't signed anyone or heard much from anyone since Friday. I want ATLEAST one more WR liek Walker or Bryant Johnson. After that I don't care how long until we get another player or trade for Hall =]

FB: Neal... definitely not. way to old for rebuilding, been hurt and banged up, too expensive.... but i have loved his career and think he was great!!!

OL: Maurice Williams maybe... but the lineman i would say yes to isn't on your list... David Stewart would be the guy i would hope for or look into. otherwise there are some great ones in the draft!!!

DL: we are pretty solid at this time, C Long in the draft??? big NT Calais Campbell, or maybe a very athletic Kendall Langford????

LB: i say go draft now!!! not too many in FA that are worth while in my thoughts for money wise.

CB: DRAFT!!!! soooooo many good ones!!!!

S: Eugene Wilson would be the guy for me, but we just signed Y. Bell back, so it might mean we may not be looking for one really.

WR: wouldnt mind a Hackett or Johnson.... if they come not overly expensive.

I think we will add some depth at O-Line soon, because at this point we have no depth. I wouldn't mind seeing Hadnot being resigned for the right price, and also Williams and Fabini are worth a look for depth and possible starters depending on the draft and who looks good at camp.

Marques Douglas would be a nice addition again at the right price.

And I would also like some depth at DB, whether its McCree or Wilson, or someone young and better in a trade, we still need some help there. (yeah you guessed it: at the right price)

But the key to DB and O-Tackle is those positions are deep in the draft, so I think our 2 second round picks will go to DB and Oline.

Edit: And oh yeah I agree with Bane, Hackett or Johnson at the right price :D

the best one of those dudes is shane olivea at right tackle we only have 3 starters on the oline carey, satele, and newly aquired justin smiley we need more oline and this guy is very young thats what were looking for

For one I'm not expecting much to happen for awhile...I think Parcells and Co. Will sit back and see what happens to the market and just wait for new players to be waived.
We have sign a few players to fill roster spots...those players are younger and for the most part larger than the players they replaced. I believe the Dolphins will go after offense...a guard and a tackle...and perhaps a player that play's in the secondary. We still have plenty of time to go and the draft is where we will pick up the future stars.
No sense breaking the bank...we have a long road to go.

I agree with most of what you said, but you should add Javon Walker.

We should make a run at Wilson.

i agree with this. i not overly positive on safeties in the draft that will be around in later rounds for us. with our injuries we jsut had last year, i wouldnt mind having Wilson.

otherwise we definitely need at least on more lineman to come in.... Olivea or David Stewart i would love to have!!! but remember too, are we thinking J Long???
