I think we need a complete overhaul and a mass burning of our current Unis......exercise the demons. Hire new .....everything and start clean. Maybe go old school. I dont know. These uniforms scream modicrity. Adn before you blast me for :its just a uniform, ask youself have you ever been on a team that struggles and get new uniforms....as soonas you put it on you feel pretty great. And WHY NOT.

While we are at it we can clean out 2/3 of the roster and the whole front office. Throw it all in the ****-can outside BP's house were it all belongs.
 
Lose the drop shadow on the numbers, and you have a win right there.

Should go back to the throwbacks though from the 70s or early-mid 80s.
 
I've been saying this forever!

I dont care what anyone says, a new uniform can give a franchise a shot in the arm. It happens time and time again. Look at the Bills now.

In any case, the current uniforms are only symbolic of mediocrity and failure. We either need to go back to the classic 70s era uniforms and logo or create a new identity that maintains elements from that golden era. The current cartoon logo looks like a Disney cartoon and looks even sillier when the team is losing. They look like a bunch of clowns out there.
 
I think we've had these current ones (I know they got rid of part of the drop shadow in 07) since 1997.

Time for a change. If they were associated with winning seasons, then I'd probably keep them. But they're not.
 
F the uniforms, change everything.

Name: Miami Sharks. Colors: Aqua(Teal) and Silver. Style of uniform: Something like the Falcons.

It's possible. I think it was Rice (sure among many others) that said something to the extent of "If you look good, and you feel good, you'll play good".

The colors actually don't bother me as much as the stupid logo with a smirk. A lot people may not like this idea, but I believe it was 08/09 sideline hat with just the "D" on it? I'd take that and slap it on the helmet kind of like oldschool Denver did with the bronco.
 
Just dont mess with the logo or the shadow on the numbers and im ok with a change in uni design

I burnt JT's last year...does that count?
 
I would be all up for it. Couple years ago when i played football for highschool our team went 3-7 and we got new coaches and the new coaches changed everything including uniforms. Next year with the new coaches we went 14-1 and won state. Change is a good thing
 
Isn't it funny how you can see pictures and gte a good or bad feeling? whenever I see the 90s Jets uni's I think bad thoughts as we always sucked. When I see the dolphins 70s or 80s uni's I see a winner, when I see the current ones I think mediocrity.
 
I agree 100%. Why they've kept the mediocrity look for 13 years is beyond me. I absolutely hate the current dolphin. Looks like an old fat guy to me. If you're gonna have a name and color scheme that screams 1960's, at least keep the original 60's logo that saw success.

I have to agree. We need to change up a lot, including this. A new look and new attitude for next season. Id love to change our mascot design, make it look tougher. If you think about it the Ravens, Cardinals, Seahawks, and Falcons all have birds as mascots which dont really strike dear, but their design is good and have great colors. We have aqua and orange...kinda lame. I know about the history, but no matter wat we still have that same history, were not erasing that. Just because we changed our logo, colors, unis, wont mean that will change too. people need to let go and move on of the 72 season and dan marino times.
