Unofficial boxscore from scrimmage (8/7)

Another infamous hater on this site  . . . yea, root against your starting QB to prove your agenda of not liking him. You consistetly go out your way to respond and post stuff negative about the guy but can't stand to say, "That a boy Chad" when he does anything good. Y'all are too funny.

Infamous hater, or realist? I can't help it I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last 2 years of watching Henne. What are we talking about here practice??? When he starts doing this consistently in real games, I will be happy to say "That a boy Chad", and shower him with compliments.

Please, you were dogging him in "practice" when reports of him struggling were happening early on. . . despite it being a new playbook and just getting into camp. Two years? In 2009 the guy was 7-6 after Pennington started 0-3 . . . and it is not his fault his defense sucked. That was a playoff team in 2009, the defense laid down in 2009 more than the offense did in 2010. Sure he had a bad season last year, but he is still under contract and he is still working hard, doing the right things to improve . . . if you can wish the man bad for a bad practice, what is wrong with wishing him well for a good practice?

according to those stats henne also gave up an interception
and the only interception i see was dansby ran it back 99 yards for a touchdown
im not 100 % sure it was henne though from the stats provided
it would indicate so if anyone could confirm?

Also its not a good indicator that our best rushers are the QB
looks like all the running backs went 3 yards and a cloud of dust
i know our front line d is amazing but still like to see above 4 average..

Keep it up Henne. I won't be a believer until you do it consistently for a full season. But I really hope you can prove all us doubters wrong for the Fins sake.

ive lost respect for some of the better posters on this board for the fact they cant give credit when its due. just bc they have their own personal agenda against certain players. GUESS WHAT HENNE WILL BE THE QB IF WE LIKE IT OR NOT. so why not not be a true fan and root for the palyers that we have. yea henne pisses me off like alot of people on here, but he is what we have so i will continue to root for the guy and hope and turns things around.

Henne threw that INT to Dansby.

It will take a couple weeks for the OL to gel and get that kind of production against out stout run D.

The D only allowed 3.6 yards per carry last year.

I agree completely it seems some people on this site are more concerned about being right that Henne sucks rather than rooting for this team to succeed. They want him to suck to show that they "know more football" then the rest of us rather than being a fan. Reading the highlights from the practice and the numbers I think Henne can do it this year, everything that I've read shows him being the unquestioned leader of the offense. Guys are going to him for advice, and what to do. Him and Marshall haven't gotten into it. It was all the offseason work that he led that got him here. Good for him good for the Fins.

I hate people that hate on him excessivly over "practice" but when he does good they talk straight bull****.

It cracks me up

Vontae is a good cb...toast smith sucks..let it go.
Yeah your a football talent expert.

Im pretty sure Smith has better numbers, but stats dont mean ****. They are both equal right now. Some plays they're great, others they're getting burned for a quick 6. When I see consistency out of 1 of them then ill go ahead and say "He is better than him"

Please, he was abusing Nolan Carrol, and it's a ****ing scrimmage. I'll give him props when he puts those numbers against Revis, but today it was more about Marshall making Carrol his ***** than Henne having a good day.

Pffft. Nobody puts numbers like those up against Revis
