The Titans are trading offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson to the Dolphins for a swap of picks, less than a year after taking him 29th in the 2020 Draft.

So it's a 2021 7th for a 2022 7th. That could be a steal. Lost 7th round picks can easily be recouped. Hell Miami could get a 6th or 7th round pick for Van Noy, whom they were planning on just releasing. Might also be able to get a late round pick for Jakeem Grant for teams in need of a kick returner.
