Found this on Profootball Talk and thought with all the trade options people keep throughing out that this might be a good tool to keep. Don't know how much different this is from last year but this is supposed to be the one used to gauge trade offers on if they are fair value or not.

I see one huge flaw IMO. There’s a 155-point drop between pick 32 and 33, as if the top pick in the second round is somehow a huge drop off from the last pick in the 1st round.

32 = 405
33 = 250

Beyond that, the top of the draft still needs to be weighted more IMV.

Thats because second round players will only have 4 year contracts and first rounders will have 5. Actually I think it's a pretty good chart. Much closer to real value then the old one that has been used since Jimmy Johnson was coaching the Cowboys

heck for the cap destruction that the first 5 picks have to take, they should be the same value as the last 5 picks and it would even out:unsure:
